Please note that we do not offer refunds for consultations, sessions, packages, or treatments once payment has been made and the service has been scheduled or delivered. This policy applies to all individual sessions, prepaid plans, and promotional offers.

We encourage all patients to attend a consultation prior to beginning any service to ensure they are fully informed and comfortable with the recommended approach.

• Results may vary from person to person depending on individual conditions and adherence to the care plan. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. 
• In case of scheduling issues, appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
